Please also be aware that we will prioritise travel based on the departure date so if your request is for travel after the summer then please bear with us. The quickest way for us to deal with your quote or query at present is for you to submit a Journey Request form below or email sales@bookmyrst.co.uk (you may request a call back if you feel your query needs to be dealt with by phone). If you wish to call anyway then please be aware that you may experience long delays before your call is answered. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause at this busy time.***

Please note: We require at least 3 weeks’ notice prior to the requested departure date for FIP travel in order to process an application. However, our non-FIP team are not subject to the same time constraints and may be able to help you with non-discounted normal public rate bookings.  Please contact sales@internationalrail.com if you wish to follow this route. We apologise for the inconvenience this will undoubtedly cause.

FIP travel

As Rail Staff it is your responsibility to ensure that you are travelling with a valid FIP card or coupon.  Failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the train and you may also be asked to pay a penalty fare.
